The proceeds from the QIP provides Arvind Limited with additional financial flexibility to support its growth and strategic initiatives.

Arvind Limited has raised approx. ₹500 crore from a Qualified Institutions Placement, comprising an issue of 99,00,990 equity shares.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Arvind Limited on the QIP, including preparation and review of the transaction documentation and offer materials, regulatory and securities law considerations, and other matters relating to the the issue.
