CMS INDUSLAW, SAM, TT&A, CAM act on Yulu Bikes $93 million Series C fundraise

The fresh capital will fund Yulu’s business expansion plans and the launch of Yulu Express.

Yulu Bikes Private Limited has raised an aggregate amount of $93 million from a Series C fundraise through a combination of $63 million in equity led by GEF Capital Partners and $30 million in debt.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Yulu Bikes on this fundraise.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised lead investor GEF Capital Partners on this fundraise.

TT&A advised existing investor Bajaj Auto Limited in connection with the transaction.
