Crawford Bayley, ELP act Caliber Mining ₹450 crore IPO

The proceeds from the IPO will be used for repayment of borrowings, purchase of machinery and general corporate purposes.

Caliber Mining and Logistics Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹450 crore, consisting of a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholders.

Crawford Bayley & Co advised Caliber Mining on this IPO.

Economic Laws Practice advised the book running lead manager, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Geeta Dhania (Partner), with assistance from Tripti Pandey (Principal Associate), Vedaarth Uberoi (Senior Associate), Associates Anusha Agrawal and Shefali Jain.
