C&S Partners advised Dr. Lal PathLabs on this acquisition. The Firm led the preparation and advice on transaction documents, negotiations and related advisory on corporate & employment law matters.

The transaction team consisted of Saurabh Tiwari (Partner), Arya Sharma (Associate), and Aditya Singh (Associate).
