C&S Partners advises Dr. Lal Ventures on acquiring 30% stake in Neuome Technologies

The stake acquisition was made by way of subscription of shares.

Dr. Lal Ventures Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited, has acquired a 30% stake in Neuome Technologies Private Limited, by way of subscription of shares.

C&S Partners advised Dr. Lal Ventures on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Saurabh Tiwari (Partner), Anant Garg (Partner), Arya Sharma (Associate) and Abhijeet Kumar (Associate).

Neuome Technologies is engaged in developing advanced technologies for biospecimen collection & storage and advanced diagnostic tools.
