Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised L Catterton India Fund on its investment in Nandhana Foods

Nandhana operates South Indian cuisine restaurants and cloud kitchens and is also engaged in the retail sale of spices and pickles under its own brand.

L Catterton India Fund has made an investment in Nandhana Foods Private Limited by way of a subscription to newly issued equity shares and the acquisition of equity shares from existing shareholders.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised L Catterton on this transaction. The Firm advised on all aspects of the transaction, including the legal due diligence and the transaction documents.
