DMD Advocates advises SuperYou on raising funds from V3, existing investors

The fresh capital will be deployed by SuperYou towards R&D, launching new products, and expanding into adjacent categories across food and nutritional supplements.

Elite Mindset Private Limited, the owner of SuperYou, has raised ₹63 crore from a fundraise led by V3 Ventures, with participation from Zerodha-backed Rainmatter, and Gruhas Collective Consumer Fund I, backed by Nikhil Kamath and Abhijeet Pai.

DMD Advocates advised Elite Mindset, Think9 Consumer Technologies, and Nikunj Biyani on the legal documentation of the transaction.

The transaction was led by Vihang Virkar (Lead Partner, Mumbai Corporate Practice Group), along with Monika Deshmukh (Partner), Pooja Shah (Principal Associate), and Nardeep Chawla (Associate).

The Firm had also advised on the Company's fundraise, earlier this year.
