Asian Institute of Medical Sciences has provided an exit to its existing private equity investors, being OrbiMed Asia II Mauritius Limited and British International Investment.

The exit was facilitated by way of private credit facility from 360 ONE and refinancing by Hero FinCorp of the existing loan facility from HDFC Bank.

DSK Legal represented and advised Asian Institute of Medical Sciences and its promoters Dr. N. K. Pandey and his family on the transaction. The Firm advised on acquisition of shares held by OrbiMed and BII in Asian Hospitals; financing transactions from 360 ONE and Hero Fincorp; drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents; and closing and other regulatory compliance.
