K.R.S. Corporation, Japan has made a majority stake acquisition in Coldrush Logistics Private Limited by way of primary subscription to shares of Coldrush, and secondary purchase of shares from Hydra Commercial Investments LLC, an UAE-based existing shareholder.

DSK Legal advised and assisted K.R.S. Corporation on this transaction.
