DSK Legal advises Sigma Advanced Systems on ₹153 crore acquisition of Bromford Precision Solutions

The acquisition strengthens Sigma's global aerospace and defence manufacturing platform.

Sigma Advanced Systems Limited has made a 100% acquisition of Bromford Precision Solutions Limited, a UK-based manufacturer of high-precision aerospace components, through its wholly owned subsidiary in Sigma UK Limited, for ₹153 crore.

DSK Legal advised Sigma Advanced Systems on this acquisition. The Firm assisted in reviewing and negotiating the Share Purchase Agreement; reviewing and negotiating the Agreements with Rolls Royce in connection with the transaction; assisting with the satisfaction of exchange and completion deliverables.

The transaction team consisted of Vignesh Adithyan (Senior Associate) and Dheeraj Budaraju (Associate).

Sameena Chatrapathy (Partner) was the relationship and lead engagement Partner for the transaction.

Bromford is a supplier to leading global aerospace companies and specialises in manufacturing complex aeroengine ring components and other complex precision-machined aeroengine structures such as compressor casings, ducts, brackets and lock plates.

The acquisition further strengthens Sigma's global aerospace and defence manufacturing platform, enhances its engineering capabilities in delivering high-precision engineering solutions to global aerospace.
