Redcliffe Labs has acquired Medicentre Sonography & Clinical Lab by way of a slump sale transaction. The consideration payable to the sellers was a mix of cash and equity.
DSK Legal assisted and advised Redcliffe on all legal aspects of the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the definitive agreements, and closing of the acquisition transaction.
