Stride Ventures Debt Fund 4 has subscribed to non-convertible debentures issued by Buildmex-Infra Private Limited on a private placement basis.

DSK Legal advised Stride Ventures on this investment. The Firm advised on, drafted, negotiated and finalised the transaction documentation.

The transaction was led by Rangam Sharma (Associate Partner), with support from Associates Anushka Kashyap and Aditya Shah.

Niraj Kumar (Partner) provided strategic inputs on the deal.
