ELP acts on Polycab’s investment in Continuum Green Energy for captive consumption

Polycab India Limited has entered into a group captive arrangement for procurement of renewable power from Continuum Green Energy Limited for its manufacturing facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Economic Laws Practice acted for Polycab India on this transaction. The Firm advised on the transaction structure and the review, negotiation, and finalization of the Power Consumption Agreement and the Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreement and related project documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Sujjain Talwar (Co-founding Partner), Vinit Shah (Associate Partner), Pranaav Gupta (Senior Associate) and Rashi Jain (Associate).

The in-house legal team of Continuum Green Energy advised the company on this transaction. The team negotiated and finalised the deal.

The transaction was headed by Kunal Mehta (Head Legal), with support from Vrinda Tiwari (Legal Associate).
