ELP advises Birla Estates on redevelopment project of Shiv-Sai Co-operative Housing Society

The project has a total revenue potential of approximately ₹2,600 crores.

Birla Estates and an affiliate of Priyanka Group are jointly taking on a redevelopment project of Shiv-Sai Co-operative Housing Society Limited, comprising 486 premises, situated on a 3.06-acre land parcel in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Economic Laws Practice advised Birla Estates in connection with the structuring, drafting, negotiation, finalization and execution of the definitive agreements for the redevelopment project.

The transaction included Anshuman Jagtap (Partner), Preksha Kanungo (Associate Partner) and Akshaan Kanuga (Senior Associate).

The title due diligence team comprised Rajendra Bothre (Principal Associate) and Salon Stephen Lopez (Associate).
