Economic Laws Practice advised Cove and Lane Lifestyle Private Limited and its founders in securing its series seed round funding, in which Sauce.vc acquired a 15.38% stake, by investing approximately ₹4 crore.

ELP team consisted of Abhishek Sanyal (Partner) and Simran Yadav (Associate). Sukirti Singh (Associate Partner) and Smriti Tripathi (Principal Associate) advised the client on key operational matters and ancillary agreements.
