ELP assists WickedGüd in raising ₹ 32.5 million in addendum to seed round

WickedGüd (100Percent Nourishment Private Limited) has raised approximately ₹ 32.5 million in an addendum to a seed round raised in April 2022. 

Investors in this seed round included Venture Catalysts, India's First Integrated Incubator and other marquee investors, including Sahil Gilani (MD, Gits Foods), Bunty Sajdeh (MD, Cornerstone Sport & Entertainment).

Economic Laws Practice assisted WickedGüd in this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Manendra Singh (Associate Partner), Tanvi Goyal (Principal Associate) and Varun Kaka (Associate).

ELP also represented WickedGüd in the seed round in April 2022.

WickedGüd is a D2C health food brand and recently won the Emerging Start-up of the Year Award (2022) at the Entrepreneur Awards 2022.
