Hospital Deal: AZB on Crosslay Remedies acquisition of Sahara Hospital, Lucknow

Crosslay Remedies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Max Healthcare Institute Limited, is set to acquire 550 bed Sahara Hospital, Lucknow for an enterprise value of ~₹940 crore.
