BatX Energies Private Limited has raised ₹105 crore from a Series A fundraise led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from existing investors Zephyr Peacock, Mankind Pharma Family Office, and Excel Industries Family Office.

IC RegFin Legal represented BatX Energies on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Anish Jaipuriar (Partner), Hardik Sabbarwal (Principal Associate), Nidhi Gupta (Senior Associate) and Utsav Vats (Associate).

BatX Energies is a battery recycling and critical minerals recovery startup. The Company extracts Rare Earth metals such as Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel and Manganese from used Lithium-ion cells for manufacturing further Lithium-ion batteries.

The Company will use the fresh capital to scale up battery recycling capacity and enhance R&D.
