A leading EV based logistics provider has made a private placement of non-convertible debentures for ₹100 Million to NP1 Capital Trust.

Imperial Law Offices acted as Issuer's Counsel for the provider in this deal. The firm’s role included reviewing and negotiating the debenture documents and security documents.
