JSA Advocates & Solicitors represented and assisted Reltio, Inc. on Indian law aspects of its acquisition by SAP, Inc.

The Firm advised on all Indian legal and regulatory aspects of the transaction, including structuring and review of transaction documents from an Indian law perspective and assistance in preparation of disclosures.

Following the closing of the transaction, SAP has integrated Reltio as a core capability within SAP BDC to help customers govern and expose trusted, context-rich master data across multiple sources for analytics and AI use cases. Reltio continues to be available both as a standalone offering and in combination with other SAP products.
