Aseem Infrastructure Finance Limited has extended a rupee term loan facility of up to ₹255 crore to Clean Max Teton Private Limited, Clean Max Emerald Private Limited and Clean Max Victoria Private Limited, SPVs of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Aseem Infrastructure Finance on this financing transaction.
