Cyrix Healthcare Private Limited has acquired the MedTech Solutions division of Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Limited.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Cyrix on this acquisition.

The transaction was led by Kushal Ramotre (Partner), with strategic inputs from Siddharth Mody (Partner), and support from Ayushi Berry (Senior Associate), Associate Priankita Das, Damini Chouhan, and Apoorva Mishra.

The acquisition brings together Blue Star E&E's established MedTech Solutions business, experienced professionals, customer relationships and deep expertise in multi-brand CT and MRI with Cyrix Healthcare's growing Total MedTech Management platform.

The acquisition strengthens Cyrix's capabilities in medical imaging, equipment sales, installation, maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and lifecycle management.
