JSA advises Gelos Solren on availing ₹875 crore from EXIM Bank

Gelos Solren is a renewable energy company focused on building a hybrid wind-solar power plant in Maharashtra.

Gelos Solren Private Limited, an SPV of Mahindra Susten, is availing a rupee facility for an amount not exceeding ₹875 crore, including a letter of credit facility of up to ₹600 crore as a sub-limit of the rupee facility, from Export-Import Bank of India.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Gelos Solren on this financing transaction.

The transaction was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), with support from Purvi Dabbiru (Partner) and Shantanu Awasthi (Senior Associate).
