JSA Advocates & Solicitors has advised New Development Bank on a secured external commercial borrowing (ECB) facility of $125 million availed by Shriram Finance Limited.

The transaction team was led by Soumitra Majumdar (Partner) and Tirthankar Datta (Partner), with support from Abhishek Ray (Partner), Harvi Shah (Principal Associate), and Pankaj Agarwal (Associate).

The facility provided will be utilised by Shriram Finance towards on-lending for financing acquisition of sustainable commercial vehicles by its customers.
