JSA Advocates & Solicitors represented and assisted Cisco Systems, Inc. on the India leg of its global acquisition of WideField Security Inc.
The Firm advised on the Indian legal and regulatory aspects of the transaction, including relevant due diligence on WideField's Indian subsidiary, structuring advice, review/drafting of the US and Indian transaction documents from an Indian law perspective, negotiation, CP fulfilment and closing assistance.
