Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP, a selling shareholder, in respect of the initial public offering of Ola Electric Mobility Limited, has sold equity shares aggregating ₹287.50 million as part of the IPO.

JSA advised Alpha Wave Ventures on this partial exit.

The transaction team consisted of Arka Mookerjee (Lead Partner) and Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner).
