JSA assists Karnataka Bank on raising funds from institutional investors

Karnataka Bank has raised ₹800 crore from five institutional investors.

Karnataka Bank has raised ₹800 crore by way of a preferential issue from five institutional investors, HDFC Life Insurance, Quant Mutual Fund, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and Bharti Axa Life Insurance.

JSA advised Karnataka Bank on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Partner Anand Lakra. The team of Associates included Ami Shah, Dhruval Sheth and Diya Dave.
