Yatra Online Limited has made a initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares aggregating to ₹7,750 million, which comprises a fresh Issue of ₹6,020 million and an Offer for Sale of 12,183,099 Equity Shares.

SBI Capital Markets Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited and IIFL Securities Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) to this IPO.

JSA advised Yatra and THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited (the Promoter Selling Shareholder) in this IPO.
