JSA, Khaitan act on Axis Bank non-convertible debenture investment in CESC

The deal amount is valued at ₹200 crore.

Axis Bank Limited has financed CESC Limited by way of subscription to unlisted, secured, pari passu and senior non-convertible debentures issued by CESC, for an amount of ₹200 crore.

IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited acted as a Debenture trustee in this transaction.

JSA advised both Axis Bank and IDBI Trusteeship Services on this transaction.
