Manorama Industries Limited has raised ₹500 crores from institutional buyers including WhiteOak, Goldman Sachs (Maurititus) and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority through a Qualified Institutional Placement.

The transaction was was led by Madhurima Mukherjee Saha (Partner), with support from Sagar Batra (Partner), Bhavini Mohan (Senior Associate), Bhavya Upadhyay (Senior Associate), Associates Aryaman Singh, Badal Singh and Zaier Ahmad.
