Sai Infinium Limited, dba Bandhan TMX, has filed a draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering of equity shares comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹280 crore and an offer for sale of up to 12,000,000 equity shares.

Kanga & Company, Advocates and Solicitors is advising Sai Infinium as well as the book running lead managers Fedex Securities Private Limited and Neomile Capital Advisors Private Limited, on this IPO. The Firm assisted in carrying out due diligence of the documents of the Issuer, drafting the Draft Offer Document and preparing various agreements with intermediaries involved in the issue as well as in opining on various issues arising in the matter.

The transaction is being led by Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), with support from Tejal Patankar (Principal Associate), Associates Rishi Mandavkar, Suphla Singh, Vansh Chadha, Meghna Sharma and Sachi Ray.

Sai Infinium is engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of Thermo Mechanically Treated bars and Structural Steel Products under the brand name “Bandhan”. The Company also manufactures MS Billets which is largely used for captive consumption and for sale in the open market.
