Heisetasse Beverages Private Limited, dba Third Wave Coffee, has raised ₹408 crore from a Series D fundraise led by WestBridge Capital.
Khaitan & Co advised Third Wave Coffee on this fundraise.
The transaction team consisted of Ganesh Prasad (Partner), B N Vivek (Partner), Divya Rau (Senior Associate), Associates Maansi Reddy Basani, Akanksha G Prabhu, Chaitanya Jitendra Acharya and Shlok Mittal.
Anshul Khemuka (Partner) advised on tax aspects.
The Firm had advised on Third Wave Coffee's Series C fundraise as well.

Third Wave Coffee currently operates over 240 cafés across India and plans to further expand its presence in both established and emerging markets.
The fresh funds will support the Company's continued expansion across existing and new markets, scaling of its café network, and growth of adjacent categories such as desserts.
