Khaitan & Co, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader act on Aditya Infotech ₹1,500 crore QIP

The proceeds of the QIP will be utilized for funding Phase III expansion of the Company's Kadapa facility and setting up a new manufacturing plant in Greater Noida.

Aditya Infotech Limited, operating under the brand "CP Plus", has raised ₹1,500 crore from a Qualified Institutional Placement of equity shares.

Khaitan & Co advised Aditya Infotech and the lead managers, ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Gautham Srinivas (Partner), Sathvik Ponnappa (Partner), Pulkit Singh Rahangdale (Principal Associate), Avinash Gautam (Senior Associate), Associates Anubhav Jaiswal, Shambhavi Gautam, Rishav Khetan, Sarthika Singhal and Tushar Pundir.
