Khaitan, Emerald Law guide Poggipolini into India with majority stake acquisition in Aero Fasteners

Through this partnership, the Companies intend to strengthen local capabilities to design and manufacture advanced engineered products in India.

Italian aerospace engineering and manufacturing tech company Poggipolini S.p.A has acquired a majority stake in Aero Fasteners Private Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised Poggipolini on this stake acquisition.
