Khaitan & Co, JSA act on Augmont ₹825 crore IPO

Augmont Enterprises Limited has raised ₹825 crore from an initial public offer of equity shares, consisting of fresh issue aggregating up to ₹620 crore; and offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders aggregating up to ₹205 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised Augmont on this IPO.
