Khaitan Legal Associates advised InnoVen Capital India Fund in this investment deal.

The deal team consisted of Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate), Srishti Dembla (Associate), Surbhi Burman (Associate) and Aarushi Pandey (Associate).

Seeds Fincap Private Limited is a non-banking financial company that specializes in lending to small and micro enterprises. It typically focuses on lending to individuals and households conducting small business activities.
