YourNest Venture Capital has made a pre-series A investment in Contiinex (Smarter Biz Technologies Private Limited).

Khaitan Legal Associates advised YourNest Venture Capital in their investment.

The transaction team consisted of Shruti Dvivedi Sodhi (Partner), Sanjana Dasgupta (Senior Associate) and Weindrila Sen (Associate).

Contiinex is a Bangalore-based company having its presence in United States of America and is in the business of analyzing speech and digital conversations to automate workflow.
