Symbiotec Pharmalab Limited has raised ₹1,757 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares, comprised of a fresh issue of ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of ₹1,607 crore by certain existing shareholders.

The company has a global leadership position in corticosteroid and steroidal-hormone active pharmaceutical ingredients ("APIs") in volume and value terms in Fiscal 2025.
The IPO drew substantial interest from anchor investors as well as retail investors and was oversubscribed by 75.08 times.
