Natspo Industries Private Limited has acquired a 20% minority stake in Parklife Innovations Limited, a company incorporated in England, through a secondary acquisition of shares from the existing shareholders of the company.

Kochhar & Co advised Natspo Industries and its promoters on this fundraise. The Firm’s mandate included transaction structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, and advice on the related legal and regulatory considerations.

The transaction was led by Ketan Mukhija (Partner), with support from Deepika Gautam (Senior Associate), Associates Anshu Gupta and Piyush Senapati.

Parklife Innovations is engaged in the retail sale of sporting goods, fishing equipment, camping equipment, boats and bicycles.
