Nexa Defence (I) Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) on the Bombay Stock Exchange SME (BSE SME) platform on September 22, 2026 for a book-built offer for a fresh issue of 33,64,000 shares, with an offer size of ₹30.2 crore+.
