Legacy Law Offices acts on Qualiance International IPO

The IPO saw 77% listing gains, making it the 10th most successful SME IPO of the year so far (by listing gains) and 2nd most successful textile sector SME IPO this year.

Qualiance International Limited has raised ₹45.11 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares comprising a fresh issue of 35,52,000 shares.

Legacy Law Offices advised Qualiance International as well as the book-running lead manager Hem Securities Private Limited on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Naman Anand (Counsel), with support from Associates Meghna Shukla and Samiksha Gawali.

Surbhi Narang (Partner) provided strategic inputs.

Qualiance

Qualiance International is engaged in the design, engineering, manufacture and export of performance garments for institutional, government and brand clients in international markets including North America and Europe. The Government of Switzerland is a key client of the company.
