SG Encon Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus before SEBI for a book-built offer on the BSE and NSE Mainboard platform for an issue of 85,61,700 shares, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by Promoter Selling Shareholders Rajiv Gandhi and Pankaj Setia, with an offer size of ₹75 crore+.

Legacy Law Offices advised SG Encon, the Book Running Lead Manager (Marwadi Chandarana Brokers Intermediaries Private Limited), and the Promoter Selling Shareholders (Rajiv Gandhi and Pankaj Setia) on this IPO.

The core transaction team was led by Surbhi Narang (Partner). It also comprised of Priya Kataria (Associate Partner), Naman Anand (Counsel), and Associates Samiksha Gawali and Yukti Goel.
