ANP Technologies Limited (dba “Lecturewala.in”) has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus on the BSE SME platform for an initial public offering of up to 50,00,000 shares aggregating to ₹11 crore+.

The Company partnered with Universities (UGC recognized) to offer UG and PG degree programs.
