Divo TV Private Limited and its promoters, Shahir Muneer and Ramaswamy Vishwanathan, have closed a deal with Warner Music India Private Limited.

The transaction involved a secondary sale by the promoters, resulting in Divo TV becoming a subsidiary of Warner Music.  

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan represented Divo TV and its promoters in this deal.

The Corporate and M&A team consisted of Noorul Hassan (Partner), Kumar Panda (Principal Associate), and Aman Gupta (Associate).

They were assisted by Sameer Avasarala (Senior Associate) of the Data Protection team.

Divo TV Private Limited is a leading digital media and music company in India established in 2014 to help digital platforms, content creators and brands build their digital presence across content creation, distribution, monetization, and marketing.

Warner Music India Private Limited is an Indian unit of Warner Music Group, USA.
