Medi Assist has acquired 100% stake in Medvantage Insurance TPA Private Limited.

The M&A and Private Equity team of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for and advised Medi Assist on the deal.

The team consisted of Vasudev Dibbur (Partner) and Sai Meghana Konda (Associate).

Medi Assist is India’s leading health insurance third-party administrator.
