ReNew Wind Energy (TN 2) Private Limited, a company promoted by ReNew Power Private Limited has gained financial assistance aggregating to ₹ 770 crores, in relation to its power projects in India.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for ReNew Wind Energy.

The financing leg of the transaction was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), who was assisted by Aditya Bhawal (Associate).

The diligence was done by Deepak Kumar Thakur (Partner) and Puspak Chamariya (Associate).
