Luthra assists SBI on financing Hinduja Renewables Energy and Solarfield Energy

State Bank of India has sanctioned financial assistance for Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited and Solarfield Energy Private Limited, aggregating up to ₹595 Crore.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for and advised SBI on this financing deal.

The transaction team consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Himanshi Bhadoria (Senior Associate) and Ishita Bajaj (Associate).
