M. T. Miskita & Co advises Adani Group on ₹335 crore stake sale in Monte South project developer

The Adani Group sold its stake to Marathon Nextgen Realty.

Adani Group has sold off its 60% stake in Swayam Realtors and Traders LLP, which is developing the landmark Monte South project at Byculla, Mumbai, to Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited, for an aggregate consideration of up to ₹335 crore, comprising cash consideration of up to ₹135 crore and a bank guarantee of ₹200 crore.

The transaction team comprised of Viren Miskita (Managing Partner), Neha Mehta (Partner) and Jhanvee Shah (Associate).

The Monte South project spans approximately 25 lakh sq. ft. and comprises of four 64-storey residential towers and a commercial tower.
