MHCO acts on collaboration between IG International and Rijk Zwaan India Seeds

IG International is collaborating with Rijk Zwaan to grow the ‘sweet palermo’ pepper variety in India.

IG International Private Limited has entered into an exclusive collaboration agreement with Rijk Zwaan India Seeds Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Rijk Zwaan Zaadteelt en Zaadhandel B.V, a dutch vegetable breeding and seed production company, for the sale of the seeds of the sweet Palermo pepper for a period of 2 years.

Mansukhlal Hiralal & Co advised IG International on the collaboration agreement.

The transaction team consisted of Bhushan Shah (Partner) and Shreya Dalal (Associate Partner).

IG International is a leading supplier, distributor and exporter of fresh fruits worldwide.
