NovoJuris Legal acts on DrinkPrime Series A fundraise

The new funding will support DrinkPrime's expansion to more cities across India.

Waterwala Labs Private Limited, dba DrinkPrime, has raised $2.2 million from a Series A fundraise led by Artha Continuum Fund and Mirabilis Investment Trust.

NovoJuris Legal advised DrinkPrime on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Ashwin Bhat (Deputy Managing Partner), Amol Chitnis (Junior Partner), Associates Anjana Hegde and Nunsavath Jay Datta Sai.

Managing Partner Sharda Balaji provided her strategic inputs on this transaction.

DrinkPrime

Founded in 2016 by Vijender Reddy Muthyala and Manas Ranjan Hota, DrinkPrime operates a subscription-based platform offering IoT-enabled water purifiers to households.

The new funding will support DrinkPrime's expansion to more cities across India.
